Homeservice CEO is the advisory brand of Igor Kozlov. He was born in Ukraine, came to the United States at eleven, and grew a fencing company into a $40 million operation. Now he helps home service owners build the systems, teams and leadership that let a business run without them in every truck. The brand needed a look that matched that story: premium, confident and built on proof rather than hype.

We were brought in to build a complete visual world for the brand. That meant art-directed brand imagery with Igor at the center, a website that feels as solid as the businesses he helps build, and social ad creatives that carry the same look into every feed. Every piece follows the brand’s three pillars, Earned Authority, Direction & Clarity and Built to Outlast, and one guiding belief: every structure should outlast the one who built it.

Brand Imagery

Great brands don’t explain themselves — they show themselves. Brand imagery is the art of building a visual world so distinct, so considered, and so true to the brand’s core idea that audiences understand exactly who you are the moment they encounter you.

The hero header is where brands are won or lost. It is the first frame, the strongest visual argument, and the image a visitor carries with them long after they’ve left the page. With Fletcher Rose Studio’s AI-powered art direction, brands no longer have to choose between creative ambition and budget reality. Concept-driven world-building visuals — crafted with the precision of a Fortune 500 campaign — give a website’s hero section the kind of stopping power that transforms casual browsers into convinced buyers.

In a market where every agent is posting the same listing photos and the same smiling headshots, standing out isn’t about posting more — it’s about posting better. Fletcher Rose Studio’s AI-powered art direction and concept-driven artwork fundamentally changes what’s possible for a brand on social media, delivering Fortune 500-level visual storytelling at a fraction of traditional production costs.

Project Case Study

The Creative Vision:

Most coaching brands in the trades look the same: stock photos of trucks, bright gradients and loud promises. We went the other way. The vision was a cinematic, architectural world where Igor stands inside the systems he built. He appears as the steady center of the frame, surrounded by structure, light and space. The imagery is hyper-real with a surreal edge, polished enough to feel premium but grounded enough that a contractor can see himself in it.

The palette comes straight from the brand guidelines. Operator Charcoal sets a calm, serious base. Clarity Teal adds structure and direction, Aged Brass brings warmth and craft, and Decisive Crimson is saved for the single detail that should draw the eye. Oswald’s condensed uppercase headlines speak with quiet authority. The most important choice was the brand’s central symbol: the craftsman fence. It’s the structure that started Igor’s career, and in this world it becomes a lasting emblem of everything he teaches.

The Creative Process: From Concept to Completion

We started by studying the brand strategy documents, the brand guidelines and Igor’s own story. From there we built a clear brief for his portrait, its mood and its meaning, and tied each visual choice back to a brand pillar. The goal was imagery that would still read as Homeservice CEO with the logo removed.

Next came wide exploration. We developed several distinct art direction styles, each with its own emotional tone: monumental portraits for weight, precise mechanical scenes for explaining systems, and quiet landscapes for legacy. Across these styles we produced more than 100 concepts. They ranged from Igor at a doorway leading into a fence made of light, to an architectural model built from homes and fences. Together they form a visual system the brand can grow into for years.

The website brings that world to life online. We designed a dark, cinematic experience with a transparent navigation bar that frosts over as you scroll. Oswald headlines, generous negative space and teal and crimson accents guide visitors from Igor’s story to his approach, and then to the moment they book a consultation. Every section is built to feel steady, clear and credible, like the businesses he helps create.

Finally, we turned the brand world into a flexible social media template system. It includes Operator-to-CEO quote cards, proof metric posts and a three-pillar carousel. Every template features the full Homeservice CEO logo, Igor’s portrait and the Homeservice.ceo address. The shared layout and colors let the brand post often without losing polish. The result is a brand that looks built to outlast.
